Removal Instructions
PULL OFF THE VOLUME CONTROL BUTTON, INSIDE THE HOLE IS A T10 SPRUNG TORQ SCREW, TURN IT 45 DEGREES ANTI CLOCKWISE AND THIS WILL RELEASE THE UNIT FROM THE LEFT HAND SIDE AND SLIDE OUT. UNPLUG THE PLUG. THIS WILL TAKE NO LONGER THAN 2 MINUTES.

Repair Procedure
1. Remove the radio
2. Fill out and print our job form at www.cartronix.co.uk . If you don't have a printer please just write down all the information manually.
3. Sign the form, Cut off the Address Label and put that of the box.
4. We recommend sending via Royal Mail Special Delivery (£11) UK
5. When we receive the cluster well call you for payment by phone
